Do I need to know html?

No, we prepare the email templates, we write the code for them and we handle any programming issues related to email broadcasting.

Do you need access to my Web site?

No not for email campaigns, but if you plan to updates your website (i.e. special events, menu changes, etc.) we would then require access.

I don't have a mailing list. Can I buy one?

We recommend that you do not buy them. Buying a mailing list does not provide you with the information you really need, it only increases the risk of being susceptible to spam.

What should I do if I don't have a mailing list?

There are better ways to build your own customer database and we provide information on the best techniques to do that.

When is the time to start email campaigns?

It depends on the type of business but generally if you have a customer database of 50 or more you are ready.

I only have business cards from my customers. Can you build a database with them?

Yes. We have a special preparation program that includes data entry.

Can I use the information I have on paper to build my mailing list?

Yes, but first we will send an invitation to these customers to opt in so that they can receive newsletters and promotional emails.

I want my emails to look exactly like the Web site. Can you do so?

Yes. We offer a custom email template, which means the email will have the look and feel of your Web site or any other marketing material you choose.

Do you design marketing pieces, like ads or post cards I can send to my customers?
