the basic Campaign ManagemenT service

This service is designed to help organizations with in-house resources to manage online marketing projects. The account is prepared and ready to launch your email campaigns on your specific instructions. The Campaign Management Service includes:

• Preparing mailing list(s)
• Assembling mailing
• Broadcasting
• Reporting

Each email campaign is considered a separate project, charged at a flat rate of $98.00 plus $0.02 per email sent.
(Rate does not include customization and set up fees.)

Example: If you have a database of 1500 records and you do not need any custom work on the mailing, your total amount would be $128.00 ($98.00 flat fee + $30.00).

Customization for this service is available on a month to month basis.

ACCOUNT set up

The account set up is a one time service and it includes:

• Initial consulting meeting to identify the client needs, and decide upon the strategy.
• Design and develop the email template(s) to be used with the campaigns.
• Create the account with all the specifications agreed upon on the GottoMarket system.
• Import client database into the system.
• Send opt in invitations if necessary.
• Implement Web features (Sign up Form, Forward to a Friend, Unsubscribe).

The Set up fee is $375.00, due at agreement signing, and it is non refundable. Customization for the set up service is also available.
